PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Worked as a freelance Architect in practices apartments’ renovation projects which included the relief, the development of architectural drawings, the feasibility studies, the project management, the observation of norms and standards in force on residencial housing, the Preliminary Designs, the Definitive Designs, the Executive Designs, the drafting of the required to get administrative italian permissions.

During the construction phases of the works played the role of “site manager” and was technical certifier of estimates, assessments and energy certifications of some of the apartments after renovation.

Worked as a Technical Instructor of build’s administrative permits in municipality of Guidonia, Rome.

During law's times for permits’ acquisition had to carry out inspections of eligibility and admissibility of building permits, supervise, do surveillance activities and to draft of ordinances regarding the unauthorized building.

 

 

Involved in Preliminary Design, in drafting of Architectural and Technical drawings,  in the design research practice for the International Design Competition “Pass- Project for social and sustainable housing”.

Liaised on an on-going basis with a number of core consultants in the assembly of architectural, interior design, real estate policies for the project.

 

Project Details

 

The redevelopment project focused on public housing transformation located in Tiburtino III Rome, Plan Area No. 15-bis, realizing:

 

-  about 120 new housing

 

-  1200 sq.m. of new neighborhood facilities

 

-  the public spaces' redevelopment

 

-  integrated operations to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings

   (consisting of about 450 apartments)

 

 

Worked with Andrea Valeriani Architect to deliver a project type, ranging  from new multifunctional complex of  Commerce, Public Spaces to large scale development's studies for high value residences' realization of about 34.854 cubic meters in International Design Competition “I Portici”,  Frosinone area (ITALY).

Was responsible for design management input to architectural design for first phase of project.

-  apartments for 27.883,20 cubic meters

 

-  Underground garages for every apartament

 

-  One cellar  for each apartment

 

-  Uncovered parking pertaining to busines’ activities according to

   Italian laws’ standards

 

-  Business activities for 6970.80 cubic meters

 

 

Worked as Project Architect of a wide range of building typologies including hotels, auditoriums, conference rooms, museums, urban parks, residences, urban planning and urban design.

The included activities were the reliefs, the development of architectural drawings, the feasibility studies, the projects’ management, the observation of norms and standards in force on building tipologies, the Preliminary Designs, the Definitive Designs, the document designs.
